Agence Newton are a fully licensed and insured French estate agency with over 25 years’ experience in the business.
The Role
Working under the “Carte Professionelle” of Agence Newton, you will be self-employed and registered to work in France.
You are expected to establish excellent and supportive working relationships with vendors wishing to sell their properties in your area.
You will be responsible for ensuring the appropriate paperwork is completed correctly, property particulars are taken, descriptions written and advertisements placed on our web-based software and associated advertising mediums.
You will then work with clients looking to purchase property, giving valuable help and advice to make their buying experience a pleasant one.
Once an offer is accepted you will liaise with the French notary to help take the sale and purchase through to completion.

Previous sale experience preferred

IT Literacy
Be a good communicator to develop good client and vendor relationships

Ability to communicate well in English and French.
Good written skills to ensure accuracy in property descriptions.

Good camera
Clean and reliable car/driving licence.

We also use property portals throughout France and the world and use modern social media methods for advertising and networking.
We regularly use French property magazines and media for featured advertisements.
