My agent, Alison Shore, made the whole process of selling my property, less traumatic for me and I very quickly felt I had a friend looking after me. My husband and I had enjoyed our French holiday home for 35years but after he died 8 years ago, it was becoming a big responsibility for me to continue looking after it. I reluctantly decided to sell. On meeting Alison Shore, I immediately felt confident that I had made a good decision. Alison detailed thoroughly all the procedures and costs. She explained to me all that she would be handling for me. My worries of my lack of speaking french were put aside as Alison spoke English and French. Everything I needed to be translated for me were, dealt with included arranging all the reports that needed to be organised etc. Her expertise, advise and knowledge guided me through what could have been a very stressful time for me at my time of life. She made the whole journey of selling my property quick and positive, ensuring I was kept well informed at each stage. I had a very successful sale thanks to her.
